    How to Screen Record on a Macbook Using the Screenshot Utility

    There are many ways to record your screen on the Mac. The easiest of which is by using Screenshot Utility, which lets you take both screenshots and visual recordings in addition to one another!

    To start recording, press CMD + Shift and 5 on your keyboard. You can also choose to only record the selected portion of screen by selecting it from this menu as well!

    When you want to record your screen, use the Record Entire Screen option. This will allow for easy movement between screens and quick recording times!

    When you choose Record Selected Portion, it’s important that the area being recorded is in frame. You can adjust this by dragging around its corners with your mouse or tapping on any location within its borders–you don’t need to click anywhere outside of these lines for them not be considered partway through recording!
